We collect the information you provide when you register, audition or train with us: name, age, date of birth, location, contact information, and details of your skills and interests. Where a participant is under 18, this information is provided by a parent or guardian.

We use your data to send audition notifications, to provide and personalise training, and to administer participation in our productions. We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so under UK GDPR.
Storage & security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure, and we review our data-retention practices annually. Data is stored within the UK.
Sharing your data
We keep sharing to a minimum. Data may be shared with the production a participant is cast in, and with third parties only where necessary to deliver our services.
